Grave Digger

January 7, 2008

I just got off the phone with the Parts Manger and the Grave Digger (Live Nation) is using Amsoil ATF successfully solving an overheating problem they were having with their Transmissions.

Thanks To Coan Racing for telling them about Amsoil we now have another happy customer.

I met with the Sr. Director of Operations/ Motor Sports at the 2007 NSRA Expo, there transmission builder suggested Amsoil should be used to solve their overheating issues. We talked a little and the signed up to use Amsoil ATF. I have been waiting to give a report on their success; I can say Grave Digger is using our ATF with success.

They also are using Amsoil GHD with the same success.

More products are on their way, as they are asking about our Hydraulic Oil  or our Shock Fluids  to help them in controlling the rebounding of their trucks.

Inside the Top Two Engines

If you love a good engine build competition, and especially if you are a Mopar fan, you will want to pick up a copy of the April issue of Mopar Muscle magazine, on your news stand now. On page 30, feature writer Dave Young goes deep inside the makings of the two top engines from the ’07 AMSOIL / MOPAR MUSCLE ENGINE CHALLENGE.

The rules are interesting. These engines must demonstrate that they are capable of the full range of what engines are called upon to do. With multiple qualifying passes and multiple judged pulls on the dyno, the engine must show that it can endure the abuses of highway cruising, and drag strip bruising.

This year’s two top engines were built by Indy Cylinder Head and Schurbon Engine and Machine. It was the closest battle yet in this annual competition, and every picture tells a story in this month’s Mopar Muscle magazine. See how they did it. It’s a pretty cool story with AMSOIL lubricants right in the middle of it.

AMSOIL T-Maxx Wins CFR Championship

AMSOIL can now add monster truck champion to its growing list of accomplishments. The Sudden Impact Racing team, led by the AMSOIL T-Maxx truck, took home the 2008 Monster Truck Winter Nationals championship over the weekend.

The event, sanctioned by Checkered Flag Productions, was held in Pocatello, Idaho. AMSOIL/T-Maxx driver Sean Duhon entered the event with just a three point lead over Bearfoot #15. Teammate Kevin King was fifth overall and would help Duhon push the T-Maxx truck into the championship.

King started well, qualifying Sudden Impact with the fastest time. After two rounds of racing, both the T-Maxx and Sudden Impact had won their respective heat races and would face off in the final. Duhon would power the AMSOIL T-Maxx truck past King's Sudden Impact ride in the final and was able to clinch the championship. King would get even in the freestyle event as he finished second to Duhon's third.

Sudden Impact Racing will be racing again on Saturday, April 12 in Homestead, Fla.

2000 Ford Explorer above with over 408,000 miles

Tuesday, January 8 , 2008
My 2000 Ford Explorer above with over 408,000 miles, and my 2006 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 3500 dually
diesel with over 225,000 miles in 2 years and 30,000 mile oil changes, have become testimonials that
now appear on the Amsoil web site.
I have saved so much money using Amsoil Synthetic products, that I put my vehicle success stories on
the Amsoil website, and became an Amsoil dealer. I wanted to share the true life results with you
that have saved me thousands of dollars, and can do the same for you.
Thanks much, Russell
