Decrease Dependency on Foreign Oil with AMSOIL

Decreasing dependency on foreign oil is a great idea, but not easily achieved.  Amsoil is one of the only oil companies that encourages its customers to use the Amsoil fluids longer in service.  How much foreign oil would be needed if all oils could be used for one year like Amsoil instead of the usual 3,000 to 5,000 miles? 

Even though Amsoil doesn’t directly depend on foreign oil for its base products it does use some just like most other companies in its manufacturing plant, packaging, and distribution of the products.  So when these products are used longer in service and in place of regular petroleum oil it does have a positive effect on foreign oil usage.  The biggest positive effect though comes from the better fuel efficiency your vehicle gets when using the Amsoil motor oil, transmission fluids and differential gear lubes.  

How much crude oil would be saved if all vehicles on the road were using Amsoil and changing their oil once a year and experienced up to a 1% fuel mileage increase? 

By using Amsoil in your vehicles we can decrease our dependency on foreign oil and increase fuel efficiency.  The dependency is actually two-fold – fewer oil changes and better fuel economy!
